Rocktown Bicycles is looking for a Full-Time Bike Mechanic with previous shop experience.

Rocktown is dedicated to giving every rider the best possible experience. Focusing on rider fit, comfort, and satisfaction, we see a high rate of return customers and have many great interactions. Our service department is highly capable and can fix bikes that other shops cannot. 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Professionally repair a diverse selection of bicycles including 

  • Writing and scheduling service

  • Brake bleeds

  • Drive-train adjustment including electronic shifting

  • Checking over bikes built and repaired by other staff

  • Communicating clearly with customers to provide the best experience possible

  • Be able to jump out and help customers on the sales floor

  • Work with front of house staff to order supplies for the service department

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Friday, 11am-7pm. Saturdays, 10am-4pm.

• Closed Sunday & Monday
