Directions: Travel I-95 to Exit 43 onto I-295 South. Follow I-295 to Exit 38-B - Meadowbridge Road. Travel Meadowbridge Road approximately five miles; the entrance will be on the left. You must use the service Gate entrance. Follow Bike race signs as you will go under the track in a tunnel for parking in the infield. Go to www.rir.com for more information on directions.

Registration: On www.bikereg.com or MAIL 2015 USAC RELEASE FORMS AND CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Richmond Velo Sport, c/o Dan Trsic, 10995 Seward Way, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Entry must be received by Wednesday March 11. Online registration closes midnight March 13. There will be race day registration for an additional charge of $10. No late fee for Cat 5 Men, Cat 4 Women or Juniors. Check in opens at 7:45AM day of race. Please use USAC 2015 standard release form. Riders under 18 require parent's signature to race.

Fees: $35 all entries except for juniors $10. Entry fee includes $3.60 USAC and VACA $1 BAR fee. $15 for a second race.

Rules: All USAC rules apply. Each racer must present a valid USAC annual license. One-day license (Cat5 men and Cat4 women only, $15 cash or check) will be available for purchase at time of packet pickup. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or combine events if there are less than 10 riders in an event. Races held rain or shine. Snow or ice on the course cancels race. Start times are approximate but no race will start ahead of its scheduled time. *Promoter Reserves the right to reduce Prize money if minimum fields are not met. No refunds.

2014 BAR champions are eligible for free entry in 1 event but will be responsible for USAC and VACA fees.
